Jason Rooker

Jason Rooker is a seasoned professional in the beef industry with extensive experience in pricing and sales. Currently serving as the Director of Pricing and Boxed Beef Sales at Creekstone Farms Premium Beef since February 2019, Jason has previously held significant roles, including Procurement Manager at Sysco from May 2014 to February 2019, and Account Manager at National Beef from April 2010 to May 2014. Additionally, Jason was the General Manager at JBS Swift between May 2008 and April 2010 and worked as an Account Manager at Cargill from 2002 to 2005. Jason’s academic background includes studies at Oklahoma State University from 1999 to 2001.
