Ana Maria Medina Ortega

Ana Maria Medina Ortega has extensive experience in finance and legal roles, starting as an Analyst at Estrategias Corporativas S.A. and moving up to Associate before joining J.P. Morgan as a Summer Associate. Ana Maria later held positions at J.P. Morgan as an Associate and then as a Vice President in Investment Banking. Ana Maria then worked at Finhabits as the Chief Financial and Business Officer. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President Finance and Legal at Crehana. Ana has also been involved in mentorship at LBAN/Latino Business Action Network with the Stanford Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program.

Ana Maria Medina Ortega completed their Industrial Engineering degree at Universidad de Los Andes from 2001 to 2006. Later, they pursued an MBA at Columbia Business School from 2010 to 2012. In 2023, they obtained certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan School of Management.
