Nícolas Capozzi began their career in 2012 with Groupon Brasil, where they specialized in Market Strategic Planning. Nícolas then moved on to B2W Digital as a Key Account Manager before joining Affinion International as a Client Success Manager. Following this, they worked at Whirlpool Latin America as a Senior Project Manager. Nícolas then served as an E-commerce Consultant at supportecommerce before transitioning to Olist. At Olist, they held various roles, including Head of international New Business, Head of Revenue, and General Manager Mexico. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) LATAM at Crehana. Throughout their career, Nícolas Capozzi has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and revenue-generating skills.

Nícolas Capozzi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from FAAP in 2013. Nícolas then pursued further education by completing a Marketing Executive Program at Ohio University in 2017, followed by a Business English Program at the same institution. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Digital Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, they received a certification in "SCRUM: AGILIDADE EM SEU PROJETO" from Alura Cursos Online in 2017. In 2019, they also studied Big Data e Marketing Intelligence at ConvergeYou.
