Chad Christensen

Chad Christensen, MCRP, currently serves as the Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst and Metadata Manager at Creighton University since November 2020. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Nebraska Furniture Mart as a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer, where responsibilities included working with customers on project requirements and establishing SQL views. Chad's earlier experience includes serving as a Space Planning Analyst at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, focusing on space usage and leasing, and as a GIS Intern at Sarpy County, where GPS technology was utilized for address verification and mapping. Chad began a career at Nebraska Furniture Mart as a NAS Coordinator, managing inventory accuracy for the Omaha Distribution Center. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
