Sue Crawford

Sue Crawford currently serves as the City Administrator for the City of York NE since April 2021. Crawford has an extensive academic background, having been a Professor and later a Professor Emeritus at Creighton University since August 1995. Additionally, from January 2013 to December 2020, Crawford served as a Senator in the State of Nebraska. Prior experience includes work as a Research Assistant at the Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis at Indiana University from August 1990 to May 1995, where research focused on the grammar of institutions, rule types, and the evolution of rules. Crawford earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington after completing a degree at Truman State University.
