Chad Kollar

Chad Kollar has over two decades of experience in the corporate real estate industry. Chad started their career at Liberty-Greenfield in 2000 as a Sr. Advisor. In this role, they specialized in assisting corporate clients with real estate projects, including leasing, acquisition, project management, and consulting for office users. In 2008, Chad joined Cresa as a Managing Principal. At Cresa, they utilize their expertise in office and industrial projects to help clients find and negotiate the best real estate transactions for their businesses. Chad'sresponsibilities encompass strategic planning, lease/purchase negotiations, project and relocation management, dispositions, and corporate real estate finance.

Chad Kollar attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1994 to 1998, during which they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
