Jim Hazard

Jim Hazard, SIOR, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Managing Principal at Cresa since May 2022. Prior experience includes holding the position of Executive Vice President at ESRP from August 2013 to May 2022, where Jim contributed to a premier commercial real estate services firm known for its integrity and community impact. Prior roles include Partner at Transwestern from October 2009 to August 2013, and Vice President at both Transwestern and Henry S. Miller Companies. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, complemented by a minor in Spanish, and attended Francis W. Parker School from 1985 to 1999.
