Elijah Groff

Elijah Groff has worked in a variety of roles since 2013, beginning with a CNC Machinist position at Flex-Cell Precision Inc. Elijah then moved on to TE Connectivity in 2018, where they were a CNC Machine Set-Up/Operator. In 2019, Elijah worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, before taking on a Production Supervisor role in 2021. In the same year, they also accepted a Bid and Proposal/Business Development Intern role at Sechan Electronics, Inc. Finally, Elijah is currently employed as a Manufacturing Engineer at Crescend Technologies, LLC. Prior to this, they served in the Army National Guard from 2015-2022 as a 15G Airframe Repair/91E Allied trades.

Elijah Groff completed an Associate's degree in Machine Tool and Computer Aided Manufacturing from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology between 2013 and 2015. Elijah then earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Applied Engineering Technology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 2018 and 2022. In 2020 and 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston. Elijah is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Purdue University Global.
