Hanane Cherif has had a long and varied career in the biologics industry. Hanane began in 1999 as a Research Associate at the Universit\u00e9 catholique de Louvain. In 2000, they became a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge. In 2003, they moved to Inverness Medical Innovations (IMI) as a Downstream Processing Manager. In 2008, they became a Quality Control/Microbiology Lab Manager at Xenova Biomanufacturing. In 2009, they became a Cell Culture Senior Scientist at Abcam. In 2010, they became Head of Project Management and QA at Arecor Limited. In 2015, they became a Clinical Trial and QA Coordinator at Xention Discovery. In 2016, they became a Program Manager at Lonza, where they are currently managing a portfolio of projects in a fast-paced environment. In 2020, they joined Crescendo Biologics Limited as a Development Project Manager and Documentation Specialist and a Clinical Trial Associate and Documentation Specialist.

Hanane Cherif received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell Biology from Université catholique de Louvain in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained their Msc in Cell & Molecular Biology from the same university in 1994.
