Laura Appassamy

Laura Appassamy has extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and research. Laura most recently worked at Crescendo Biologics Limited as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations starting in May 2023. Prior to that, Laura held positions at Roche as a Global Study Manager from January 2021 to November 2022, and at AstraZeneca as a Global Study Manager from January 2020 to January 2021. Laura also worked at Roche as a Clinical Research Study Associate from April 2018 to January 2020, at Chiltern as a Clinical Research Associate from March 2017 to April 2018, and at Intercept Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Trial Associate from July 2015 to March 2017. Laura's earlier experience includes working at Celgene as an Investigator Initiated Trial Coordinator from December 2013 to May 2015, at PAREXEL as a Project Assistant from April 2012 to December 2013, and at Quintiles as a Laboratory Project Coordinator II from May 2011 to March 2012.

From 2006 to 2010, Laura Appassamy attended the University of Surrey, where they pursued a degree in Biochemistry. During their time there, their field of study specifically focused on Pharmacology.
