Sarah Richards

Sarah Richards has held a variety of roles since 1986, when they began their career in the Royal Air Force (RAF) as a Flight Lieutenant. In 2004, they joined PPD as a Project Management Assistant, followed by Katherine Semar Infant School in 2005 as an Office Manager. In 2007, Sarah joined Synthotech Limited as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for writing and delivering the HR strategy of the business. In 2017, they moved to the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) as a Communications and Marketing Team Administrator. In 2018, Sarah joined Hardcastle Burton LLP as a Practice Manager, and in 2021 they began their current role as IP & Office Manager at Crescendo Biologics Limited.

Sarah Richards attended Caterham School from 1983 to 1985 and Royal Air Force College Cranwell in 1986 to become a Royal Air Force Officer. In November 2016, they obtained the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England certification of MHFA Lite.
