Sophie Archer

Sophie Archer has worked in the scientific field for over 10 years. Sophie began their career in 2009 as an Industrial Trainee in Respiratory Biology at Novartis. In 2011, they began a PhD in Immunology and Cell Biology at the University of Bath. In 2015, Sophie joined UCB as a Research Scientist in Immunology and Inflammation, where they conducted in vitro cell biology with a focus on T cell biology in inflammatory disease and early and late phase therapeutic antibody development. In 2017, they joined Crescendo Biologics Limited as a Scientist, and has since worked their way up to Senior Scientist and Senior Scientist II.

Sophie Archer completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Immunology at the University of Bath in 2015. Prior to this, they had obtained a First Class, MPharmacol (Hons.) degree in Pharmacology from the University of Bath in 2011.
