Suzette Licari

Suzette Licari has extensive experience in operations and procurement. Suzette currently holds the role of Sr Director Operations and Procurement at Crescent Electric Supply Company since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Procurement and Operations at Crescent Electric Supply Company from June 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Crescent Electric Supply Company, Licari worked at W.W. Grainger for a significant portion of their career. Suzette held various roles including Director Americas Supply Chain - Global Enterprise Systems and Services from April 2011 to June 2020, Director of Purchasing - Global Supply Chain from February 2010 to April 2011, Director Strategic Planning and Program Management - Global Supply Chain from November 2007 to January 2010, and Director Business Systems - Enterprise Systems from February 2003 to October 2007.

During their time at W.W. Grainger, Licari was involved in significant projects such as the SAP ERP business transformation project to create a North American SAP Platform, the deployment and upgrade of Manhattan Warehouse Mgmt software, and the integration initiative between Grainger US business and Lab Safety Supply. Suzette demonstrated strong leadership skills and achieved notable success in areas such as supplier performance improvement and system implementation.

Suzette Licari holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Suzette also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management/Operations Management from St. Cloud State University.
