Joseph Cardone

Joseph Cardone has a strong background in the hospitality industry, with over 30 years of experience. Joseph has held various management positions at well-known hotels and resorts. Joseph started their career at Marriott International in 1990, where they served as a Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager. Joseph then worked at the New York Marriott Marquis as the Director of Event Services. Joseph later joined the Waldorf Astoria Hotel as the Director of Event Services. Joseph then moved to the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, where they served as the Director of Rooms, Director of Event Management, and Director of Event Ops. Joseph continued their career at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel as a Resident Manager before joining Marriott International again as a Resident Manager at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Joseph then worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Hotel Manager and later as a General Manager. Joseph's most recent position is at DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, where they served as the General Manager. Joseph is currently the Regional Director of Operations/GM at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, where their team has been recognized as Hotel of the Year and Commercial Team of the Year. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully navigated challenging situations, such as leading their team through the pandemic.

Joseph Cardone attended Central Connecticut State University from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations.
