Kristi Nichols is an experienced revenue management professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa since July 2012, Kristi also holds the title of Area Director of Revenue Strategy. Prior to this role, Kristi worked as a Revenue Manager at HEI Hotels and Resorts from December 2007 to June 2012 and spent over 16 years at Marriott Hotels, where responsibilities included the position of Manager of Revenue Management.
