Xin Wang has a diverse background in the hotel industry, starting in 1989 as a Front Office Manager at the Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai. From 2001 to 2002, Xin served as a Revenue Manager at the Adams Mark Hotel Denver. Xin then went on to work at the Embassy Suites Hotel Richmond from 2002 to 2004 as a Financial Controller. From 2002 to 2010, Xin was an Area Director of Finance at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. Xin then joined the Thayer Lodging Group as part of the China Project from 2010 to 2011. Xin then served as the VP, Hotel Finance at Interstate China Hotels and Resorts from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Xin is working as the VP of Hotel Finance at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, starting in November 2015.
Xin Wang earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 1982 and 1986. Later, between 1999 and 2001, they pursued a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University.
