David Bautista

David Bautista has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. David has worked at Crescent Petroleum as a Senior Business Analyst and previously as a Business Analyst - Upstream. Prior to that, they were an Upstream Latin America Analyst at GlobalData Energy. David also worked as a Strategy Operations Consultant at Deloitte. Additionally, they have experience at the Instituto Mexicano del Petróleo where they held various roles including Project Manager, Researcher in Geomechanics, and Petroleum Engineer Intern. David has a specialty in petroleum engineering and rock physics from their participation in the PCTRES training program at Imperial College London.

David Bautista started their education in 2004 at Lycée Franco Mexicain, where they completed their studies and obtained a Baccalauréat Général in Engineering Science in 2008. David then went on to Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Petroleum Engineering at Imperial College London, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained certification in the CFA Level I Exam from the CFA Institute.
