Lisa Duan

Lisa Duan is currently working at Crescent Point Energy as a Team Lead in Compensation and Data Analytics. With previous experience at Repsol and Mercer as a Senior Compensation Specialist, Lisa has a strong background in compensation and analytics. Lisa also has experience in commercial banking and joint venture accounting from their time at CIBC and AltaGas respectively. Lisa holds a B'Comm degree in Business - Finance from the University of Calgary.
