Stephanie Diburro

Stephanie DiBurro has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Stephanie currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, HR Operations at Cresco Labs. Prior to that, they worked at Suffolk Construction as the Senior Vice President Compensation, Benefits and HRIS from 2017 to 2020. Stephanie also served at Cimpress (Formerly Vistaprint) as the Senior Director, HR Operations, where they led a global HR team and managed a budget of $13M. Stephanie has also held various roles at Vistaprint, Aon Hewitt, and Tufts University throughout their career.

Stephanie DiBurro completed their Master's degree in International Relations at Harvard Extension School in 2018. Stephanie also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin Pierce University.
