Tony L.

Tony L. currently serves as the Senior Director of Innovation and Transformation at Crest Industries since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tony held several key positions at Mid-State Supply, including VP of E-Commerce Operations and VP of Operations, from July 2021 to November 2024. Earlier experience at Crest Industries involved serving as Program Officer, while at Amazon, Tony advanced through roles such as Operations Manager and FC Operations Manager II between May 2017 and June 2019. A Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at DIS-TRAN Overhead Solutions, LLC from February 2016 to May 2017, Tony further established a robust background at Procter & Gamble from 2007 to 2016, where Tony managed diverse teams and projects in supply chain operations, global standardization, and production management. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American and completed the Foundational Leadership Course at Stagen Leadership Academy.
