Simon Lee is currently the Lead Solutions Architect at Cresta. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Sr. Principal Technical Solution Architect at Cogito Corp, where Simon specialized in designing AI call center strategies in healthcare, financial, and insurance industries. Simon has also worked at Oracle as a Consulting Technical Manager, Acme Packet as a Principal and Senior Systems Engineer, and Motorola Home & Networks Mobility as a Senior System Engineer. Simon holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
