Emma Sanford

Emma Sanford is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Crestbridge Family Office Services since December 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held positions including Associate Director - People and Senior Human Resources Manager at Praxis from February 2021 to December 2023, and Head of People and Performance at Onogo from July 2020 to March 2022. Emma's extensive career also includes significant contributions at Ocorian, where roles included Global Head of Learning and Development and Associate Director - HR from October 2005 to May 2020. Early in the career, Emma worked as an HR Assistant for the States of Jersey from May 2004 to October 2005. Educational credentials include an MSc (distinction) in Human Resources from London South Bank University and a BA (2:1) in English and German from the University of Leeds.
