Scot Hadley

Scot has over 27 years’ experience in accounting and financial services and has had a specific focus on the real estate industry and its services for over 22 years.

Scot specializes in financial reporting of publicly and privately held real estate and private equity funds, reporting under the investment company guide. He has previously worked for a US-based real estate business advising on private equity real estate funds and public real estate investment trusts, investing in the US and Latin America.

Leveraging his significant experience in private equity and real estate, Scot launched his own fund administration business based in New Jersey in 2015, focusing on managing accounting, finance, treasury and tax responsibilities for its clients. Scot built an extensive client base including fund advisors with investments in the US and Latin America with their clients ranging from large institutional investors to HNWIs. Through a mutual strategic objective for growth and expansion into existing and new markets, Scot merged his company under the Crestbridge brand in December 2020.

Scot holds a degree in Accounting from Kutztown University and an MS from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University.
