Frank Palacios

Frank Palacios serves as the Vice President of Operations at Crestline Hotels & Resorts since May 2019, where a focus on trust, collaboration, and success drives the company's partnership with distinguished hospitality owners and investors. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of RVP for the Southwest Region at Island Hospitality Management from August 2008 to May 2019, beginning as a General Manager and advancing through various leadership roles. Between 2005 and 2008, Frank worked as an Area General Manager for Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants, where contributions included mentoring general managers and directors of sales. Frank's career commenced in 1996 at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., starting at the front desk of Summerfield Suites in Sunnyvale and progressing to General Manager, with responsibilities that included the opening of new hotels in Pleasanton and San Jose.
