Peter Grillo

Peter Grillo has extensive experience in the field of engineering, specifically in the hospitality industry. Peter has held various leadership positions throughout their career, starting as a Chief Engineer at the White Company in 1993. Peter later worked for the Remington Hotel Corporation and the Crowne Plaza Oceanfront Singer Island before joining City Hotels USA/Marriott Vacation club as a Director of Engineering in 2001. At City Hotels USA/Marriott Vacation club, they successfully managed contractors and oversaw three major renovations. Grillo then worked for Crestline Hotels Corp, where they continued to excel as a Director of Engineering, implementing preventive maintenance programs and retraining staff. Peter later joined Coastal Hospitality Associates and Holiday Inn Virginia Beach in similar roles. Most recently, they have been working as the Corporate Director of Engineering at Coastal Hospitality Associates since 2021. Throughout their career, Grillo has demonstrated strong project management skills, implemented energy management policies, and successfully completed multi-million dollar renovations.

Peter Grillo attended North Haven High School in North Haven. Peter completed their education there in 1981 and received a high school diploma. After high school, they enrolled at Milden Institute in North, although the exact duration of their studies is unknown. Later, Peter joined South Tech where they pursued studies in HVAC, though no specific degree was mentioned.
