Morgan Edwards has an extensive work experience in the investment banking and capital markets industry. They have also served as the Partner at ALK Capital LLC and as the Chief Financial Officer at CommonBond. Prior to these roles, Morgan worked as the Managing Director at Macquarie Capital and Bear Stearns & Co, and as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. They have demonstrated expertise in debt and capital markets, raising significant amounts of debt and equity for fintech start-ups. Morgan has a strong background in loan and bond sales, loan portfolio management, and leverage finance.
