Malea Malik

Malea Malik, CDP CDR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity at CRH, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Malea worked as the Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager at Lennar from September 2020 to October 2023, and as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Verto Edu from February 2018 to September 2020. Early career experience includes a role as Client Services Lead at Krupin Partners, LLC from January 2016 to February 2018, and as a DEI Intern at Los Angeles City Hall from September 2011 to December 2014. Malea holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Southern California and completed a study abroad program in French Language and Literature at Université de Bourgogne.
