Matt Ashburn

Matt Ashburn has extensive experience in revenue operations and field sales operations. Matt is currently the Head of Revenue Operations at Cribl since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kong Inc. as the VP of Field Operations from October 2020 to September 2021. Before joining Kong Inc., they held various positions at Cloudera, starting as a Senior Sales Operations Manager from May 2016 to January 2018, and later becoming the Senior Director of Americas Field Sales Operations from February 2018 to September 2020. Prior to their time at Cloudera, they worked as a Sales Operations Manager at VMware from August 2012 to May 2016 and as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at VMware from January 2009 to June 2012. Matt began their career as an Inside Sales Representative at EnterConnect from June 2008 to December 2008.

Matt Ashburn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The University of Tennessee. Matt also obtained a Minor in International Business from Florence University of the Arts. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Leading Innovative Organizations from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
