Chief People Officer at Cricket Health

Leslie Glenn is currently the Chief People Officer at Cricket Health. Prior to that, they were with Signify Health from January 2017 to April 2022, where they were an executive in charge of client success and strategy. During their time at Signify Health, Leslie worked with various payers and providers to lower costs and improve outcomes through episodes of care built around chronic conditions and procedures.

Before joining Signify Health, Leslie was with Remedy Partners from May 2015 to January 2017, where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Leslie was responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all aspects of HR strategy, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

Leslie Glenn received a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Leslie also holds certification from World at Work as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
