Tom Evans is the Talent Development Manager at Cricket Victoria, overseeing the Under 17 and Under 19 male talent programs. Tom is also a Coaching and Talent Specialist at the International Cricket Council, where Tom plays a role in training and developing ICC coach educators. With a background in managing cricket programs and staff, as well as coaching and development initiatives, Tom has a strong focus on high performance programs, participation pathways, and coach education strategies. With a Bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching and Administration, Tom continues to enhance their expertise through various educational courses and programs.
