Swapnil Nikam has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Swapnil has held various roles in different companies, including Lead Test Engineer at CRIF India, Sr. Test Engineer at ValueAdd SoftTech & Systems Pvt Ltd, Sr. Test Engineer at Tech Mahindra, QA Engineer at Aptify, and Software Tester at Ace Infotech. Throughout their career, Swapnil has contributed to improving testing processes, reducing defects, and enhancing system quality. Swapnil has successfully developed and introduced new applications, effectively analyzed user stories, devised test scenarios, and prepared test cases. Swapnil has also demonstrated their ability to train and share knowledge with multiple teams.

Swapnil Nikam completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science from Rayat Shikshan Sansthas S.M.Joshi Arts, Commerce & Science College, Hadapsar, Pune 411028 in 2006. Swapnil then pursued further education and obtained a BSc and MCA degree in Science-Computer Application from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2006 and 2009. Swapnil also holds certification in ISTQB - Foundation Level.
