Jessica Ho

Jessica Ho is a professional currently serving as a Student Success Manager at Crimson Education since July 2021, focusing on coordinating and monitoring the progress of over 80 students to achieve their academic goals while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Previously, Jessica worked as a Supplier Outreach Representative at Pearpop from February to May 2025, engaging in supplier sourcing and strategic onboarding for the client platform. Additionally, as a Student Intern at the University of Seoul in early 2021, Jessica was selected as one of 15 international interns to support the foreign admission team by researching and organizing data from Korean universities. Early career experience includes a summer internship in the Human Resources Department at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, where Jessica assisted with asset management. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature and Global Korean Studies from Korea University and completed an International Foundation Program in Psychology, Sociology, and Academic English at the University of Reading.
