Daniel Cortaberria is an experienced professional with expertise in mentorship, customer success, and compliance. Currently, as the Head of Mentorship & New Hire Onboarding at Crisalix since February 2018, Daniel develops and manages a mentorship program while overseeing the onboarding process for new employees. Previously, as the Head of Customer Success for LATAM at Crisalix, Daniel focused on client portfolio management and enhancing business growth. Additional experience includes roles such as Compliance and Claims Analyst at The Results Companies and Performance Improvement Coordinator at Client Services Incorporated.
