Alexandra Thrond has over 17 years of experience working in human resources. Alexandra is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources at Crisis Connections, a nonprofit organization focused on providing support and referral services to individuals in need. Prior to this, Alexandra worked as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Neighborcare Health and as the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at Southdale Pediatric Associates.
