Ariela Koldorf

Ariela Koldorf is the founder of Spectrum of Light Support Services, providing resources and workshops for parents and caregivers to understand child behavior and needs. Currently serving as Bridge Coordinator at Your Support Services Network, Koldorf collaborates with clients involved in child welfare to enhance home support systems. Additionally, Koldorf is a CPI Instructor, facilitating crisis prevention training and previously supported individuals with developmental disabilities as a Case Manager. As a member of the Board of Directors for Mother Daughter Empower, Koldorf advocates for the importance of positive female role models. Koldorf's extensive experience includes serving as a CPI Instructor with the York Region District School Board and working as an Intervention Support Worker. Koldorf holds an education from George Brown College.
