Mark Hoover

Mark Hoover possesses extensive experience in software development and engineering, currently serving as a Technical Product Owner and Team Lead at Crisis Prevention Institute since March 2017. In previous roles, Mark contributed as a Software Engineer II and Software Developer II, working on key platforms and implementing best practices in software development. Prior experience includes web development at Uline and GIS development at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Carthage College, earned in 2010.
