Richard Eastmond has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Richard has held various leadership and consulting roles in different organizations. Richard has worked as an Interim People and OD Director at Crisis since 2023 and as a Trustee and Board Member at The John Muir Trust since 2021. Richard has also served as a Board Member at the University College of Osteopathy in 2021. Richard was the Executive Director of People and OD at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Catalyse Global Consulting from 2019 to 2021, where they were involved in corporate services, HR, transformation, strategy, and operations. Richard also worked as a Consultant in HR, OD, and Change at the Royal Academy of Arts from 2020 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Richard held senior leadership positions at Amnesty International, Tearfund, Clear Channel International, and CBS Outdoor, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including organizational development, corporate services, and human resources. Richard Eastmond has a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987. Richard also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College/ Brunel University, completed from 1995 to 1996. In addition, they have a Diploma in Accounting & Finance from ACCA, achieved between 1993 and 1994. Richard Eastmond further obtained a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching Development, completing it during the period of 2010 to 2011.
