Sivita Nourzad

Sivita Nourzad has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sivita currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Crisp since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior International Recruiter at The Student Hotel from 2018 to July 2021, where they played a crucial role in attracting and guiding excellent talent to support the organization's growth.

Before their time at The Student Hotel, Sivita was a Corporate Recruiter at &samhoud from 2015 to 2018. &samhoud is a vision-driven company involved in various industries globally. Sivita was responsible for recruiting top talent to contribute to the company's mission of building a brighter future through integrated propositions and separate businesses.

Sivita's earlier experience includes serving as a Member of the Audit Committee at Stichting Student en Praktijk from 2014 to 2018. Sivita also worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Parcker B.V. from 2013, focusing on legal matters.

Sivita began their career with various part-time roles, including Callcenter Employee at TNS-NIPO and Bommel B.V., and Administrative Employee at Pipelife Nederland B.V., from 2001 to 2008.

Sivita Nourzad's education history is as follows:

From 2012 to 2013, Sivita studied Private Law at the University of Sydney for a year at the master's degree level.

From 2006 to 2011, they pursued their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).

Between 1999 and 2006, Sivita attended OSG-Westfriesland, where they obtained their VWO degree.

During a summer in 2005, Sivita participated in a summerschool program at the University of Chichester.
