Laura Hall has extensive experience in various HR roles. Laura is currently the Head of People at Crisp, a company recognized as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. In their role, Laura focuses on strategic HR initiatives.

Prior to their current position, Laura worked as the People & Operations Director at Jar House. Laura was responsible for identifying and developing new processes to align departments and improve operational efficiencies. Before that, they served as the HR Manager at the same company, responsible for all HR functions.
