Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held significant roles at Virtusa, notably as the Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales, where responsibilities included leading all BPM-Pega practice solutions and managing customer discussions.
