Todd Hicks

Todd Hicks is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in college counseling and student advocacy. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Advisor at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Todd also founded The Next Step - College and Career Planning, providing personalized support for students navigating the college admission process. As Director of University Access and Success at Cristo Rey San José Jesuit High School, Todd led a team to support over 600 first-generation, low-income students. Previous roles include College Counselor at Bellarmine College Preparatory and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Santa Clara University. Todd holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wyoming and multiple certificates in financial literacy instruction.
