Randy Smith

Randy Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Randy started their career as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1972 to 1978. Later, they worked as a Director at Source Engineering from 1984 to 1989. From 1989 to 1997, they held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Cadre Technologies, Inc., where they managed revenue generation and sales activities in multiple states.

In 1997, Randy became the President/Owner of R2 Staffing and remained in this position until 2008. During this time, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company.

From 2008 to 2016, Randy worked at Wind River Systems as a Sr. A&D Account Manager. In this role, they sold software solutions and consulting services to Aerospace and Defense accounts in the midwest US and Eastern Canada.

Currently, Randy is the VP of Sales and Marketing at CriTech Research, Inc. Since joining in 2016, they have played a key role in helping the company achieve compliance and mitigate risks in the field of safety critical software for FDA regulated medical devices.

Randy Smith graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1972. Randy later pursued a Master's degree in Management from Webster University, completing it in 1977.
