Brendan McCarthy is Chief Marketing Officer at Criteo. He has nearly 20 years of strategic marketing and communications experience, having led several successful corporate reputation and brand strategy assignments for Fortune 500 companies. Before Criteo, Brendan was Head of Communications and Product Marketing for Nielsen Global Media. During his five years at Nielsen, he focused on transforming the company’s reputation from a legacy television ratings provider to a leading-edge data and technology company. Previously, Brendan led high-profile assignments for large corporate and technology clients at Edelman, the global public relations agency. He also held positions at cause marketing agencies in both Washington, D.C. and New York where he supported a range of political and public interest campaigns. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, and holds a master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University
