Joy Difranza

Joy DiFranza, GISP, PMP, is a Senior GIS Developer at Criterion Systems, where a trail management system for the US Forest Service was recently developed using Survey123. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Program Manager at San Francisco Public Works from January 2001 to May 2022, overseeing GIS operations, executing a GIS Roadmap, and promoting GIS benefits for city infrastructure. Earlier roles at the same organization included GIS Full Stack Developer, focusing on the design and maintenance of databases and applications for various operational programs.
