Andy Lepki has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy began their career as a Geophysicist at Compagnie Generale de Geophysique in 1997. Andy then worked as a Research Analyst at Kudos Research Ltd from 1999 to 2003, where they conducted research and data analysis for blue-chip clients. In 2004, Andy joined The Guardian as a Research Executive, focusing on proving ROI to advertisers and product development research. Andy then took on a role as a Research Executive (Contract) at Andy'sMajesty's Revenue and Customs in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Senior Analyst at Critical Mass, where they conducted web analytics for optimization projects and worked on projects for various clients. Andy then joined Guardian News & Media in 2009 as a Web Analyst, where they compiled business intelligence reports on web traffic trends using various data sources. Andy later returned to Critical Mass in 2011 as a Marketing Sciences Manager, responsible for developing and managing data strategy, data science and engineering, and customer journey optimization.
