Bruna L. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bruna started their career at Vetrix, where they worked as a Media Auditor for Client TV Globo Brazil. At IBM, they held various positions, including Assistant Project Manager and Technical Sales Specialist, where they provided administrative and financial support and conducted quality control activities. Bruna then worked at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology as an Administrative Officer, supporting students and applicants and assisting with international recruitment efforts. Bruna later joined Information Planet Canada as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for creating and coordinating marketing strategies and managing social media. Bruna also worked at Toronto Film School as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where they successfully built the international division and achieved a significant increase in sales. At Booking.com, they served as a Partner Specialist, supporting property accounts and implementing SEO/SEM strategies. Bruna then moved on to Teleperformance, where they initially worked as a Google Ads Strategist and later became a Senior Google Account Strategist and Pod Lead for the US market, managing a team of 17 strategists and providing coaching and training. Most recently, they joined Saatchi & Saatchi as an SEM Specialist, where they built, managed, and optimized paid search campaigns, analyzed performance, and presented strategies to clients. Bruna is currently working as a Paid Search Strategist at Critical Mass.

Bruna L. began their education in 2004 at IPEP, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Media in 2007. In 2013, they enrolled at Seneca College and completed a Diploma Program in International Business, which lasted until 2015. Bruna then pursued further education in the field of digital marketing. In 2019, they attended BrainStation and obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing Foundation. The same year, they enrolled at the University of Toronto and completed a Certificate program in Digital Marketing Management in 2020.

Additionally, Bruna has obtained several certifications related to digital marketing. Bruna received certifications such as Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Shopping Ads Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, and Search Ads 360 (SA 360) from Google. Bruna also obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence for Marketing and Generative AI for Digital Marketers from LinkedIn Learn. Furthermore, they completed the SMX Advanced Search Engine Training, offered by SMX - Search Marketing Expo, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field.
