Francisco M. has a strong background in software development and engineering. Francisco is currently working at Critical Mass as a Technology Team Lead, where they deploy and operates software products and solutions. Francisco has improved the performance and efficiency of the engineering team through implementing process improvements and has enhanced user experience through optimization of web interfaces and systems.

Prior to their current role, Francisco worked at Cargill as a Software Development Technical Lead. Francisco managed a team of frontend and backend software developers and collaborated with an agile team to develop, maintain, and optimize the client's web interface, web services, and backend systems. Francisco designed and implemented new features and microservices using React, Java, and AEM, resulting in improved system scalability and reduced page load time.

Before joining Cargill, Francisco worked at Intel Corporation as a Java and AEM Software Application Developer. Francisco developed new features on the Intel.com site using AEM, Java, JQuery, and JavaScript frameworks, resulting in increased user engagement. Francisco also tested and resolved issues related to the Intel platform.

Additionally, Francisco has experience working at Colaboratorio Nacional de Computación Avanzada as a Python Software Research Development. Here, they developed scientific programming frameworks in Python, implemented multiprocessing and parallelized code, and designed and built a cluster using microcontrollers.

Francisco M. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Francisco attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Francisco has obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they obtained the AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Francisco also obtained the Graph Developer - Professional certification from Apollo GraphQL in June 2023. In May 2023, Francisco earned the Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer and Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Experience Manager Developer certifications from Adobe. Additionally, they obtained the Graph Developer - Associate certification from Apollo GraphQL in May 2023. Their earliest certification, the SAFe® 4 Practitioner, was obtained in August 2017 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
