Jean Kim

Jean Kim is currently working as an Associate Director, Business Analysts at Critical Mass since June 2017. Prior to this, Jean held various roles such as Product Manager at NYU Langone Health, Rodale Inc., and Product Analyst at Media Hive. Jean also has experience as a Release Manager and Web Producer at Business Insider. Jean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has furthered their education with a certification in Product Management Immersive from General Assembly and as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, Jean has served as an Expert in Residence for Product Management at General Assembly.
