Ryan Apellanes

Ryan Apellanes has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at UC Irvine Bookstore. Ryan then worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at UC Irvine in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Program Assistant in the Oral Surgery Department. In 2014, they became a Front Office Specialist at UC Irvine School of Medicine.

In 2015, Ryan worked at UC Irvine as a Department Coordinator and Seminar/Visit Coordinator. Ryan handled various administrative tasks, including office operations, purchasing, and maintaining department directories. Ryan also coordinated department seminars and faculty recruitment visits. Additionally, they served as a Web Content Coordinator, maintaining departmental websites and designing HTML email templates.

From 2016 to 2018, Ryan worked as a Freelance/Contract Front End Developer and also as a Web Developer at Merit Residential Care Home Inc. In 2017, they joined Wu Yee Children's Services as a Front End Developer. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at BVA Commerce as a Front End Developer.

Most recently, Ryan joined Critical Mass in 2020 as a Front End Developer onsite. Ryan has since been promoted to Senior Developer.

Ryan Apellanes completed their high school education at Archbishop Riordan High School from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, they attended UC Irvine from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Following their formal education, Ryan obtained several certifications, including an App Development Certification, Product Fundamentals Certification, and Theme Development Certification from Shopify Partners in December 2020. Ryan also achieved a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in October 2017.
