Carol Duncan

Carol Duncan, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Carol most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at Critical Project Services, where they led the HR team and oversaw essential services in program/project management and consulting for mission critical and energy industry sectors. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Haag Engineering, a forensic engineering and consulting company, where they contributed to the company's success through excellence in quality and technical knowledge. Carol also worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Health Carousel Locum Tenens, a physician staffing company, and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Greensheet Media, a publishing company. Additionally, they held roles as a Director of Human Resources at Caris Life Sciences, a biosciences company, and Horizon Health, a provider of EAP services. Carol began their career as a Business Analyst at Marsh ClearSight, where they worked with major corporate accounts.
